Made from white UV resistant plastic Clipex Beefy Post Cap Insulators will stand up to Irelands tough weather. The Beefy Post Cap Insulator is made to fit the Clipex Beefy Post. It is quick and easy to install with an inbuilt clip moulded into the cap to snap over the top of the Clipex post preventing the cap from coming off. The Beefy cap has an inbuilt insulator in the top of the cap that allows for braid or tape to run through it for extra stock prevention.

Why choose Clipex Fencing?

Clipex fence posts have a life span of approximately 30 years. The posts are made of high tensile steel, minimum of 450 grade. The pins on the clips are riveted with a 10-tonne press so that there are no fiddly bits that will come loose or get lost. Posts will not split when been driven into the ground nor will clips get damaged from post drivers or animals as they sit well inside of the perimeter of the post.

​Fence maintenance during the lifespan of Clipex fencing is drastically less than other fence types. Should wire need to be restrained or replaced it is a much simpler job than with wooden fence posts. Wire simply needs to be unclipped to move posts or wire, or for wire to be restrained. The fence posts can easily be relocated during their lifespan.

Clipex fence posts can be recycled at the end of their life.

Unlike the preservatives used in wooden fence posts Clipex fence posts do not have any harmful chemicals that will leech into your soil and river systems. 

No chemicals mean they are safer for humans to handle when erecting, and for animals that may rub against them. 

Even the length of service and ease of erecting the fencing system is less costly to both you and the environment. Being able to use them for longer periods of time means less replacing, less items being discarded, less manpower needed to replace them.

Clipex fence posts take less manpower and time to erect them than traditional fencing. No specialist tools or tradespeople are needed to understand or erect them. Also as there are no staples or hammers needed it is a much faster and safer undertaking.

Clipex fence posts are much easier to erect in challenging terrain while working on your own. When used with Clipex X™ fence® wire netting Clipex fence posts can be spaced further apart than traditional wooden fence posts reducing time and cost. Even the cost of machinery to transport Clipex fence posts and to erect them is reduced not only does this save you money, it also reduces your carbon footprint. In areas where land is protected the reduction in the use of heavy machinery and land disturbance while erecting the fence posts means overall ther is less damage to local biodiversity and environment.

Health and safety concerns are greatly reduced due to the nature of the product. The lighter weight of the posts means that there are less likely to be injuries due to lifting. Less people needed automatically lessens injury risks, as does not needing to work near heavy machinery. The lack of chemicals and preservatives on the posts as there would be on wooden posts means that there is no danger of long term damage by handling them. And there will be no leeching of chemicals, preservatives or plastics into soils, waterbodies, river systems and ultimately food chains.

Visually Clipex fence posts are very low impact. In areas of outstanding natural beauty, or of historical significance Clipex fencing is visually very unobtrusive and will easily run alongside the most beautiful stone wall or hedgerows without impacting on their visual appeal.

Here at Kennedys Home And Garden we have joined forces with DPD to ensure all packages are delivered promptly and safely to you. We ship to all mainland countries within the EU. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be notified by email. If there is a delay with your order for any reason you will be contacted immediately. 

Due to Brexit we are temporarily unable to ship to the UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland will continue as ususal

A selection of the products we sell are only licensed for sale within the Republic Of Ireland and can not be shipped outside of the country. These products are noted as only being available within the Republic of Ireland on the individual product pages.

There may be an addition charge on certain bulky items. This charge will be clearly marked on an applicable products and will be explained on the checkout page before payment has been made.

Returns Policy

We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out. But don’t worry; we have a great returns policy to help you out.
 

All purchases can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery and returned goods must be received within 14 days from the date you informed us of the return.
 

Purchases may be opened for inspection but must not be used and must be repackaged securely in the original packaging if you wish to return it.
 

If we discover goods have been used or there has been a loss in value of the goods due to damage to the goods, while in your care or whilst being returned to us, we will reduce the amount refunded, which may amount to the full cost of the product, to cover loss of value of goods.
 

We accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost while in transit to us. 
 

The cost of the return, including all packaging and freight, lies solely with the consumer.
 

I have received a damaged product from you, what should I do?

First off, if you have received a damaged electrical product from us, do not plug it in. Any electrical products that are plugged in are deemed ‘as used and accepted’ and are not accepted as returns. All damages must be reported to us via phone or email within 24hours of receipt of goods. Please ensure you check your items upon delivery.

How do I begin the returns process?

If you wish to begin the return process, please email us at ballyconnell@experthardware.ie and ensure the following information is included in your email. Your name, phone number, Order id, the item you wish to return, reason for return and if the product is damaged we require photos of the product.

Once you have sent us all required information a member of our team will assess your claim and will contact you as soon as possible. Please hold off on returning products until a member of our team has called you to confirm.

 

Packaging

All returns must be the complete product which includes boxes, manuals and accessories that may have been include with the order.

All returns must be packaged appropriately for shipping, we will not accept responsibility for damages or loss which occur during shipping of a return product.
