The best way to achieve this on the busy farm is to provide individual attention, accurate feed monitoring and isolation. Not an easy task, but now JFC have designed the Calf Isolation Unit.

This Calf Isolation Unit ensures any ill calf, is protected from any dangers and is kept in this easy to clean, sturdy, reusable, warm and draught free segregated area. Completely isolated from the others.

The Calf Isolation Unit is manufactured using polyethylene to create the unit body, which help ensures the calf is always warm. This results in more energy for growth instead of trying to keep warm.

The Calf Isolation Unit is supplied with a hanging bracket and an infrared heat lamp (bulb not included).
To reduce the spread of infection we recommend that the Isolation Unit be washed and disinfected after each use.

This individual housing unit for calves is light weight and remarkably easy to handle. When not in use the units can be stacked to save space.

The Calf Isolation Unit has the benefits of being easily cleaned, reduces the amount of required bedding, and will aid in the prevention or possible spread of infection.
